Public Workshops and Meetings
The County will be holding community workshops throughout the General Plan Update process to present information and solicit feedback on issues facing the County. The public is also encourage to attend and participate in all public meetings of the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC), Planning Commission, and Board of Supervisors. All Planning Commission and Board of Supervisor meetings related to the General Plan Update will be posted on this page. Board of Supervisors Meeting (07/27/10)
County staff and consultants will give a presentation to the Board of Supervisors regarding during their regularly scheduled meeting. This will included discussing the status of the General Plan Update, major milestone documents, the GPAC, other concurrent planning processes, and next steps.

Phase 1 Community Workshops (October 2007)
The County held a series of three community workshops in October 2007 to inform residents about the General Plan Update and solicit their input on various planning topics. The workshops were held at:
- Hollister, Board of Supervisors Chambers (10/06/07)
- San Juan Bautista Elementary School, San Juan Bautista (10/08/07)
- Tres Pinos Elementary School, Tres Pinos (10/10/07)
The community workshops served to inform county residents about the planning process and provided them with an opportunity to state their concerns and provide their input. The following is a summary of the input received from county residents during the three workshops:
